"One of the vilest neo-Nazi groups in the country is planning to hold a demonstration in Leeds. The so-called ‘British Peoples Party’ (formerly the ‘White Nationalist Party’), whose leaders believe that all non-white people (along with Jews, Gypsies, Gays, and the Disabled) should be exterminated, plan to hold a demonstration against black Rap music outside HMV in Leeds city centre on Saturday October 4th.

The BPP are supporters of Adolf Hitler and have strong links to both terrorism and paedophilia. Their Goole and East Yorkshire organiser Martyn Gilleard was recently given 16 years for possession of nail bombs and plans to blow up local mosques. On his computer he also had 40,000 images of children and babies being sexually abused, tortured, and raped. The BPP are very sick people.

The BPP are led by Leeds Nazi Kevin Watmough, who runs ‘Redwatch’, a site where fascists post details of their ‘racial enemies’ and instigate attacks on them. While pretending to be ill, Watmough makes a shabby living selling swastikas and other Nazi paraphernalia to his fellow fascists.

The organiser of the BPP demo is Watmough’s girlfriend, Kate Dermody (or McDermody), a hardline Nazi who moved to Leeds from the Midlands, and has been trying to stir up racial conflict in the city ever since. Like Watmough, Dermody is a supporter of Adolf Hitler, and says she believes in “Racial Holy War.” She runs her own blog, on which she openly jokes about the Holocaust, calls the Muslim prophet Muhammad “a paedophile”, and talks about black people in the vilest possible terms.

In the 1970’s and 80’s the Nazis had a strong presence in Leeds. On Saturdays when they sold their racist newspapers in the city centre, black and Asian people, and anyone who looked or dressed differently to them, would be jostled and spat at, even assaulted. Eventually these scum were driven off the streets by antifascists, and Leeds is a much better place without their presence.

Now Dermody and Watmough, and the filth of the BPP are hoping to re-establish themselves on the streets of Leeds. This demo against black Rap music is just an excuse to publicly parade their disgusting racist politics once again. They must be stopped at all costs.

The Nazis in Leeds no longer have the strength of numbers to mount a racist demonstration in the city centre, so they are planning to bus in other Nazis from all over the country. North Wales - Nine illegal invaders arrested in three restaurant stings. Police and officers from the UK Border Agency raided the Bamboo Garden takeaway in Colwyn Bay, the Spice of Llanberis restaurant in High Street, Llanberis, and the Fry Inn fish and chip shop in Rhyl.

On Thursday night, officials swooped on the Bamboo Garden takeaway on Park Road, Colwyn Bay, arresting three Chinese nationals found to be failed asylum seekers. A 21-year-old woman and two men, aged 28 and 30, will now be deported.

Immigration officers checked the employees’ documents and found the workers had not left the UK once their claims for asylum had been turned down. Bamboo Garden was issued with a notice of potential liability and ordered to provide evidence that proper right-to-work checks were carried out, or else face fines of up to £10,000 for each member of staff.

On the same night, officers raided the Spice of Llanberis restaurant on High Street, Llanberis.

Three more illegal workers - Bangladeshi men aged 40, 34 and 28 - were employed there.

The 28-year-old man, a failed asylum seeker, was arrested and taken into immigration detention and is due to be removed from the UK. The two other illegal workers were dealt with at the scene and steps are being taken for them to also be deported.

A couple of days earlier, three illegal workers from Pakistan were found to be working at Rhyl chip shop, The Fry Inn on Water Street. The kitchen workers were taken away for questioning. One of the three - a 39-year-old failed asylum seeker - has already been removed from the UK. Steps are being taken to remove the other men - a 25-year-old and a 55-year-old.

Wembley - Invaders arrested at food outlet. Immigration officers swooped on a Wembley business and arrested employees working in the country illegally. Twenty immigration officers, six police officers and two dogs raided Gazebo Fine Foods in Fourth Way, Wembley at around 10.45am on Tuesday.

Two Sri Lankans, three Indians and a Ghanaian were found to be working there illegally. The Ghanaian man was caught pretending to be German but when questioned in the language by an immigration officer he was unable to answer even simple questions.

Another man, also from Ghana, was working under a false ID despite having permission to work in the UK.

After the visit to the premises officers carried our house searches. A failed asylum seeker, also from Ghana, was arrested at one of the addresses.

Norwich — Illegal invaders found at restaurant. A Chinese restaurant is facing fines of up to £80,000 after a raid discovered eight illegal immigrants working there.

Officials from the UK Border Agency (UKBA) team targeted the China Diner, in High Street, Lowestoft, after receiving intelligence that Chinese nationals were being employed illegally.

Details of the August 21 operation, in which all exits from the buffet restaurant were sealed as officials checked documents, emerged yesterday.

Investigations led to the arrest of five men and three women, who are now facing deportation from the UK, while the restaurant could be fined up to £10,000 for each illegal worker.

Of those arrested, a 34-year-old man was a failed asylum seeker, who was found to have a Chinese passport in a different identity. Another man, aged 33, was found with a counterfeit passport and a 22-year-old man was discovered to be an illegal entrant.

Five failed asylum seekers - two men, aged 43 and 30, and three women, aged 35, 21 and 19 - were also arrested.

Halima Aziz, 47, made the remark as she arrived at Bradford magistrates' court only a fortnight after the September 11 attacks in New York and Washington.

The Crown Prosecution Service lawyer was immediately suspended after being wrongly accused of inciting a riot between white and Asian youths at the court.

She was cleared of the allegations in 2002, but never received an apology from her employers for her suspension.

Now an employment tribunal has awarded her £600,000 compensation after concluding there was no evidence to support her treatment by the CPS.

In comparison, the average payout to victims of the 7/7 London attacks is around £7,500, with bereaved relatives receiving £5,500.

In addition to the compensation award, the case has cost the CPS £500,000 in legal fees, landing the taxpayers with a bill of more than a million pounds.

Speaking to Channel 4 News last night, Miss Aziz said the CPS 'still haven't given me an apology for what they have done. If they had apologised to me right at the beginning words would have been enough'.

She added: 'I am 100% certain this would not have happened unless I had been a Muslim and Asian'.

The tribunal found that senior CPS officials were guilty of racial discrimination for the way they handled her case and had lied at her tribunal.

The Chief Executive of the CPS, Peter Lewis, who led an inquiry into the case, also came in for harsh criticism, after the tribunal concluded that his investigations had been 'deeply flawed' and a 'whitewash'.

It added he 'structured his report to exonerate the discriminators then seems to close the book.'

The judgement said the CPS was 'in a state of denial' that the discrimination ever took place.

They have now been ordered to issue a full and unequivocal apology and to reinstate Ms Aziz following her seven year legal battle.

Branding the body's reaction to Miss Aziz's comments 'astonishing' the judgement states: 'This would be completely unacceptable response on the part of any employer but for a public body like the Crown Prosecution Service it can only be regarded as astonishing.'

Her lawyer Mr Mark Emery of Bindmans solicitors last night called for an independent inquiry, saying the CPS's ability to prosecute race cases is now under doubt.

He said: 'According to this judgment serious questions have got to be asked at Chief Executive level and it is possible that questions have got to be asked higher up the chain - DPP level (Director of Public Prosecutions)? We don’t know. We need to find out.

'It does ask questions about public confidence in the CPS’s ability to handle very sensitive race related prosecutions if at the heart of the CPS, at the senior echelons of the CPS, there is such willful failure to comply with race relations legislation.'

In response to the findings, the CPS said its chief executive denied any allegations that his reports was sham and would not be stepping down from his post.

A spokesman said: 'The CPS accepts the recommendations, and will be implementing them as a matter of priority. We offer a full apology to Halima Aziz.

The Judgement relates solely to the very particular circumstances of this one case. It does not question the overall approach and policies the CPS has pursued.'

Miss Aziz, of Pakistani origin, said the action was never about the money but 'about getting my job back and saying what (they did) was wrong'.

She now plans to use her compensation to build an orphanage in Pakistan.
